Claude Enterprise · Built for Regulated Thai Organizations

Claude Enterprise
For Organizations That Need Control

Claude Enterprise = Claude Team + Identity / Security / Compliance / Operations / Procurement built for large organizations, government, and regulated industries (finance · energy · healthcare) — SSO/SAML · SCIM · Audit Logs · ZDR · Data Residency via AWS Bedrock (APAC) with a DPA aligned with Thailand's PDPA Section 40.

Why Enterprise

Five Things Enterprise Adds That Team Can't

If your organization mandates SSO, needs audit trails, lives in a heavily regulated industry, or has more than 150 users — Team isn't the answer.

Identity

SSO / SAML 2.0 + SCIM provisioning from Azure AD / Okta / Google Workspace — auto-sync user list

Security

Activity-level Audit Logs · ZDR (Zero Data Retention) · custom data retention policies

Compliance

DPA + SCC in Commercial Terms · aligned with PDPA Sec. 40 / ISO 27001 / SOC 2

Operations

Advanced admin console · usage analytics · no seat cap · custom usage policies

Procurement

Custom contract terms · Thai tax invoice · government PO · annual billing

Team vs Enterprise

What Enterprise Adds Over Team

This table shows only what Enterprise adds to Team — features Team already has (no training, DPA, basic admin) are not repeated here.

Capability Team Enterprise
Seats min / max 5 / 150 20+ / no cap
SSO / SAML 2.0 none Azure AD / Okta / Google
SCIM provisioning manual invite auto-sync user list
Audit Logs (user activity) none user / conversation level
Data Retention Controls default configurable
Zero Data Retention (ZDR) none via signed addendum
Data Residency (region) US only US / EU / APAC via Bedrock
Expanded context window standard negotiable
Custom contract / SLA negotiable
Dedicated support standard dedicated CS team
Thai-language support via GLS included included
Data Residency

Choose Where Your Data Lives — Critical for Thai Organizations

Claude defaults to processing and storing data in the United States — but Enterprise gives you multiple ways to control region and retention to match your IT policy.

Option Processing Region Extra Cost Fits
Default (Anthropic) US List price General use with no region constraint
inference_geo=us US only (no leakage) API only +10% (1.1×) Customers required to keep inference in US (US-side compliance)
AWS Bedrock US · EU · APAC (Singapore) · GovCloud Bedrock pricing Thai customers who need APAC-region data — government, finance, healthcare
Zero Data Retention (ZDR) n/a — deleted immediately API + Files Signed addendum Maximum privacy — no data persists at Anthropic at all
Note: There is currently no Anthropic region inside ThailandAWS Bedrock APAC (Singapore) is the closest option and answers Thai customers' concerns about data sovereignty in Asia. Grand Linux helps design and configure Bedrock + ZDR to match your IT policy.
PDPA + DPA Alignment

Aligned with Thailand's PDPA

Under Thailand's PDPA Section 40, when an organization delegates personal-data processing to a third party, a processor agreement and security measures are required — Anthropic auto-incorporates the DPA + SCC into Commercial Terms.

01 / Controller ↔ Processor

DPA between you and Anthropic

You = Data Controller · Anthropic = Data Processor · DPA auto-incorporated into Commercial Terms for Team/Enterprise/API — no separate signature required

02 / Cross-Border Transfer

Data leaves Thailand → SCC

TH → US is a cross-border transfer under PDPA Sec. 28-29 — Anthropic uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as the accepted safeguard

03 / Training Data

Not used for training, by default

Enterprise / Team / API does not use customer data to train models by default (vs. Free/Pro/Max consumer plans, which became opt-in by default in Aug 2025)

As for Grand Linux Solution — we do not host customer data on our own servers (Saeree ERP runs on the customer's own server; Claude resale = customers use Claude directly). We are not a hosting processor under PDPA, but we provide PDPA statements + advisory to make the procurement complete.
Migration Path

Team → Enterprise: When to Move (and the Cost of Waiting)

If your organization is likely to hit Team's 150-seat ceiling within 1–2 years — start with Enterprise on day 1. Migrating later is far more painful than people expect.

Why "Start at Enterprise" beats "Start at Team, upgrade later"

Migrating Team → Enterprise is not a click-to-upgrade — it means re-provisioning every user under the Enterprise tenant, re-training your team on the SSO/SCIM flow, re-configuring every existing integration, managing data migration, and accepting downtime during the switch — plus the sunk cost of Team licenses you've already paid for.

1 Procurement: negotiate a fresh Enterprise contract + new custom terms
2 Identity: set up SSO/SAML + SCIM provisioning from your IdP
3 Re-provision: move all users into the Enterprise tenant (users must re-onboard)
4 Re-config: integrations / API keys / workflows must be set up again

Decision criteria: If (a) your user count has a realistic path to 150+ within 1–2 years · or (b) IT policy mandates SSO/audit · or (c) you're in a regulated sector (government/finance/healthcare) — go Enterprise on day 1. It saves time, effort, and money in the long run. Grand Linux helps with seat sizing + negotiating custom terms with Anthropic on your behalf.

FAQ

Compliance & Security Questions

What compliance/audit frameworks does Claude Enterprise satisfy?
Anthropic Commercial Terms + DPA align with GDPR Article 28 (controller-processor relationship), which maps directly to Thailand's PDPA Section 40 · SCCs are in place for cross-border transfer · audit logs can be used to evidence ISO 27001 / SOC 2 controls · AWS Bedrock GovCloud is FedRAMP High + DoD IL4/IL5 approved if you need it. For most Thai organizations, Enterprise + Bedrock APAC is sufficient. Grand Linux helps prepare evidence + maps Claude features to your compliance policy.
What is ZDR (Zero Data Retention) and how does it work?
ZDR = data passing through Claude API is deleted immediately after processing — nothing retained, even short-term (default API retention is 7 days since Sep 14, 2025) · requires a signed addendum · covers Messages API + Files API + Claude Code with commercial org API key · doesn't cover consumer interfaces (claude.ai web) · prompt caching still works normally (KV cache stays in memory, not retained at rest) · best fit for banking/healthcare/defense workloads that go through legal/security pre-deployment review — Read the full deep-dive: Claude ZDR — how it works, pros/cons, and managing context yourself →
Can government / state enterprises buy Claude Enterprise?
Yes — Grand Linux is registered as a Tier-1 Consultant (Ministry of Finance, No. 4162), eligible to accept government procurement contracts. We issue PO + Thai tax invoices + accept withholding tax · Enterprise contracts can be negotiated to align with Thailand's Public Procurement and Supplies Administration Act · we have several public-sector and state-enterprise customers — see success stories
SSO/SAML — which identity providers are supported?
Claude Enterprise supports the SAML 2.0 standard — works with Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud, and any other SAML-compliant IdP · SCIM 2.0 protocol for auto-provisioning users (add/remove/role changes happen automatically when HR updates your IdP). Grand Linux configures and tests the full flow.
Why is there no Thai region? How do we use APAC instead?
There's no Thai region because Anthropic uses AWS infrastructure and AWS itself doesn't have a Thai region yet · AWS Bedrock APAC (Singapore) is the closest option — customers use Claude via Singapore's Bedrock endpoint instead of Anthropic API directly = data is processed and stored in Singapore (within ASEAN). Cost is Bedrock pricing instead of Anthropic list pricing · best fit for customers who must answer data sovereignty questions from Asian regulators.
What are the minimum seats / lead time / contract length?
Enterprise minimum 20 seats (since 2026 — was 50; Anthropic lowered the floor to fit mid-market) · contract is annual, 1 year minimum · New billing model (Feb 2026): seats + metered API usage (flat-fee bundled tokens retired — new customers on metered since Feb 2026, renewing accounts since Nov 2025, hard cutoff Mar 8, 2026) · lead time from signed contract to ready-to-use: basic setup 5-10 business days · with SSO + SCIM + integration: 1-4 weeks depending on scope · Grand Linux can run a 20-seat pilot before scaling up.
Do you help integrate Claude into our existing systems?
Yes — Claude Integration is the 3rd pillar of our service · covers integrating Claude API into ERP (including Saeree ERP), Intranet, Helpdesk, Document Management, plus SSO setup, data-governance design, and workflow consulting · see Claude Integration services
