These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Saeree ERP system and all related services provided by Grand Linux Solution Co., Ltd. ("the Company"). By accessing or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted all of these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the Saeree ERP system in accordance with the service plan you have selected. This license is valid for the duration of your payment period as specified. You agree not to copy, distribute, or modify the software without written permission from the Company.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your user account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please notify the Company immediately.
The Company will make every effort to ensure Saeree ERP operates continuously and efficiently. However, the Company does not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or force majeure events beyond the Company's control.
