opt-IN by default for training — if users don't opt out, their data is used for training and retained up to 5 years · no DPA, no admin console, no SSO · not safe for organizational data. We sell only Team / Enterprise · see

Team or Enterprise from day 1?
Decide on 3 factors:
(1) seat ceiling — Team caps at 150 seats; if your org will exceed in 1–2 years, start with Enterprise (migration later is painful)
(2) SSO/SAML — if IT requires SSO, you need Enterprise
(3) Audit logs + data residency — government / finance / healthcare need Enterprise · see

What's the minimum seats? Where does Enterprise start?
Team min 5 seats, max 150 seats · Enterprise starts at 20 seats (since 2026, was 50 — Anthropic lowered for mid-market), no upper cap
Why is there no monthly option? Why annual only?
Anthropic requires 100% upfront per contract for Team annual and Enterprise · so we don't offer monthly through GLS · annual licenses generally aren't refunded mid-year · it's substantial money so take time to decide · you can start with a 5–10 seat pilot and expand next year
Prices are in USD — how do you quote in THB?
Anthropic lists prices in USD · through GLS we convert to THB at the rate on the quote date (not floating) + VAT 7% + accept withholding tax · quote is in THB ready to submit to your procurement team
Lead time from PO to ready-to-use?
Team — ~3–5 business days · Enterprise basic 5–10 business days · Enterprise with SSO + integration may take 1–4 weeks depending on scope

Can you really issue VAT 7% tax invoice? What WHT rate do you accept?
Yes — GLS is a Thai juristic person, VAT-registered · accept withholding tax at statutory rates (typically 3% for services, 1% for goods) — specified clearly in the quote
Is buying direct from Anthropic really cheaper?
Yes — no reseller markup · but you must remit Por Por 36 reverse-VAT 7% yourself the following month · usable as input VAT the next month (1-month lag) · no Thai tax invoice, no WHT acceptance · through GLS you get the Thai tax invoice and use input VAT in the same month · choose what fits your org
