Pricing questions, answered

Why don't you sell Free / Pro / Max to organizations?
Since August 2025, Anthropic changed its consumer-plan policy so that Free/Pro/Max conversations are used to train future models by default (unless each user opts out individually) — not safe for organizational data. Consumer plans also lack DPA, admin console, and SSO. We only sell Team / Enterprise, which have proper commercial-grade safety mechanisms. Read the full reasoning on the hub page.
Prices are in USD — how do you quote in THB?
Anthropic's list prices are always in USD — when we issue a quote through Grand Linux, we convert to Thai Baht using the rate at the date of the quote (not a floating rate) + add VAT 7% + accept withholding tax. The quote is in THB and is ready to submit to your procurement team immediately.
What's the difference between Team Standard and Team Premium?
Mainly, Premium has much higher usage limits + a dedicated Claude Code seat per user + priority access — best fit for dev teams or heavy users. If your team only uses Claude for general writing/Q&A/analysis, Standard may be sufficient. Read the full article: Claude Team Premium — Who Is It For?
Should we pick Team or Enterprise from day 1?
Decide on 3 factors: (1) seat ceiling — Team caps at 150 seats; if your org is likely to exceed 150 within 1–2 years, pick Enterprise from day 1 (migrating Team→Enterprise later is messy and painful) (2) SSO/SAML — if IT requires SSO, you need Enterprise (3) Audit logs + data residency — heavily regulated sectors (government / finance / healthcare) need Enterprise. What's the minimum seats? What's the lead time?
Team minimum 5 seats · maximum 150 seats · Enterprise starts at 20 seats (since 2026 — was 50, lowered for mid-market), no upper cap · New billing model Feb 2026: seats + metered API (flat-fee retired) · Lead time from PO to activation: Team ~3–5 business days · Enterprise with SSO + integration may take 1–4 weeks depending on scope.
Can we cancel / refund mid-year?
Depends on contract terms — annual billing generally no refund mid-year · monthly billing can be cancelled at end of cycle · Enterprise has its own contract (1+ year). We typically recommend starting with a pilot of 5–10 seats first, then scale up once you see value.
