About MHESI
The Office of the Permanent Secretary, MHESI is a government agency responsible for higher education, science, research, and innovation in Thailand. With a large workforce and complex operational processes, the organization chose Saeree ERP as its core system for managing accounting, finance, procurement, inventory, and HR operations.
Training Content
The training covered the core modules used by MHESI in the Saeree ERP system:
- Accounting and Finance — General Ledger, AP/AR, financial statements compliant with government standards, and e-Tax Invoice support
- Procurement — Procurement processes in compliance with the Government Procurement Act 2017, with e-GP integration
- Inventory Management — Management of durable goods and consumable supplies, stock counting, and status reporting
- HR and Payroll — Government officer and employee records, leave management, overtime, and payroll calculation
- Budget Management — Budget request preparation, tracking, and comparative reporting
Feedback
The training received positive feedback from participants. Officials were able to quickly understand the workflows in the Saeree ERP system, as it was designed to be user-friendly and aligned with the actual operational processes of government agencies.
