- Leave and Work Management System -- Manages all types of leave, approval workflows, status tracking, and attendance summary reports for the entire organization.
The system was developed for over 700 employees and contract workers nationwide, handling personnel records, leave management, and online attendance -- replacing the previous paper-based processes that were managed separately at each branch.

How the GPS System Works
When employees clock in or out using the mobile application, the system performs the following steps:
- GPS Coordinate Verification -- The system reads the employee's mobile GPS coordinates to verify whether they are within the designated area. Since offices are located nationwide, each branch has its own coordinates and radius configured in the system.
- Facial Recognition Identity Verification -- In addition to GPS coordinates, the system requires identity verification through facial recognition to prevent proxy attendance.
- Real-time Data Recording -- Attendance data is transmitted to the central system immediately, along with evidence including GPS coordinates and facial photos. Executives can review this data at any time.
Why is GPS essential for OTEP?
With branch offices located throughout the country, using traditional fingerprint scanners would require purchasing and maintaining devices at every location. Mobile attendance with GPS is a far more cost-effective solution -- every employee already has a smartphone, and the system simply verifies their coordinates and confirms their identity through facial recognition.
Supporting Diverse Work Patterns
OTEP's operations go beyond typical office work -- the organization also has units that require shift-based scheduling. Saeree ERP was therefore designed to support a variety of work patterns, including:
- Regular Office Hours -- Standard government working hours, Monday through Friday.
- Dormitory Shifts -- OTEP operates dormitories for teachers and educational personnel. Dormitory staff work in shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The system can configure shift schedules and track attendance accordingly.
- Medical Facility Shifts -- OTEP also operates medical facilities. Nurses and medical staff require shift-based scheduling as well, and the system handles complex shift arrangements.
